Vegan 'Tuna' Salad

Salad Ingredients:
1/2 medium zucchini, chopped into small squares
2 sticks celery, chopped
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/2 cup pickle, chopped into small squares
2 cups Conchiglie (shell) noodles, cooked
4 cups spinach, loosely packed


Dressing Ingredients:
1/2 can garbanzos
1/2 c veganaise
2 Tbsp Dijon
1 Tbsp coconut aminos
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
juice from 1/2 lemon
1 tsp natures seasoning
1/2 tsp salad sprinkle
1/4 tsp salt, and pepper to taste
