Ingredients:
Cooked garbanzo beans or canned..reserve the water..this is aquafaba water

Method:
Pour aquafaba water into muffin trays and leave them to freeze overnight. Then Place them in a freezer zip lock bag or other airtight container. Keep for up to 3 months.
