Aquafaba Whipped Cream

Ingredients:

1 can garbanzo beans (~14oz), collect the aquafaba water and use it for the recipe, store beans for a recipe addition for later

⅛ cup powdered sugar

Method:

Using a standing mixer or an egg beater, blend aquafaba water and ¼ cup powdered sugar on high until peaks form.
