Acorn-Coconut Curry Squash Soup

Ingredients:
1 acorn-nut squash, seeds cleaned out
>3 cups filtered water, enough to fill a baking dish ¼” deep to steam squash
1 can coconut milk
3 Tbsp coconut oil
2 Tbsp (3-4 cloves) garlic, minced
1 Tbsp (~1”) ginger, minced
½ onion, diced
1 cup (~3 stalks) celery
½ cup (2 large handfuls) cilantro, loosely packed, minced
1 Tbsp curry
1 Tbsp turmeric
1 Tbsp cardamom
½ Tbsp coriander
½ Tbsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
½ tsp smoked paprika
⅛ tsp crushed red peppers
½ tsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp nutmeg
⅛ tsp cloves
½ tsp salt & pepper to taste
